Co-operation is key to crisis management – or so we hear from stakeholders, member states, and EU institutions. How do interinstitutional relations work in times of crisis management? What is the forecast for the coming year and what does it mean for this Commission’s term from the perspective of the intra-EU relations? How does citizen participation fit into all of this? What will be the role of the Conference on the Future of Europe, and what is the current timeline of this long-awaited exercise?
